The movie begins with Nancy who is a medical student. After the death of her mother, Nancy moves to a beach in Mexico where her mother surfed when she was expecting Nancy years ago. She goes to the beach and along with the other two locals she enjoys surfing for hours. She then chats with her Sister and Father. Nancy then gets to know that she has been removed from the medical school. She gets so depressed with this and she goes to surfing again in order to be relieved from the emotional stress.
She waits for a wave and notices the whale’s carcass floating. While heading back to the shore and that’s when a large white colored shark attacks her. The shark bites her leg and the bleeding Nancy moves to a reef. The woman fights for her life. But with her intelligence and courage she saves herself from the deadly predator.
